Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase and need to return an item, we're here to help.
Please call us on 01233 510710 to arrange a return.
Your item must be in resaleable condition in its original unused packaging to be returned.
You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

Return Exceptions
All open liquid based products cannot be returned. These include aerosols, hardeners, thinners, lacquers, primers, polishes and compounds.

Any colour that has been mixed specially for you is Non-Returnable.
For wrongly ordered goods the customer must pay the return shipping costs.
We also do not refund the original shipping or return costs that you paid on the order.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty Goods/Incorrectly Supplied
We do our best to ensure that your order is supplied correctly. In the unlikely event that any goods are found to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
All original goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase for full credit.
