If you are local to us in Ashford, Kent, TN24 0TD and would like to collect your order from our trade counter. Please select the ‘Local Pickup (Ashford)’ shipping option.
Additional charges may apply for any particularly heavy/overweight items. All delivery charges are subject to a charge of 20% VAT. All delivery charges quoted are up to a weight of 20Kg.
Deliveries will only be made Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1.00pm on the same business day. Any orders received after 1.00pm be dispatched the next working day.
In the unlikely scenario that we are unable to complete an order, you will receive an email or phone call from a member of staff to offer a timescale on a backorder, a refund or an alternative product if possible.
2 attempts at delivery will be made. If the order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, then a further delivery fee will apply.

Orders that have been correctly dispatched to the shipping address as supplied by the customer and which are subsequently returned to us, as undeliverable, are subject to a maximum refund of the value of the goods and not the shipping costs. The customer is also required to make any further payment for re-shipment should this be required.
