Roberlo 4:1 White Multyfiller Express ME0 Primer is a high-performance acrylic filler designed for the automotive refinishing industry, providing fast drying and excellent sanding properties. Engineered for professional use, this 2-component primer offers superb adhesion and filling on a variety of substrates, including metal and previously painted surfaces. Ideal for high-throughput body shops looking for efficiency without compromising on quality. Supplied in a convenient 4L tin, it's perfect for larger repair jobs or frequent use.
- Mixing Ratio: 4:1 with hardener; typically used with compatible Roberlo hardeners.

- Type: 2K Acrylic Primer Filler – designed for automotive refinishing and repair.
- Application: Suitable for metal, galvanized steel, aluminium, old paintwork, and polyester putties. Not for use on plastic substrates unless a plastic adhesion promoter is used.
- Drying Time: Fast drying – sanding can typically begin after 1 hour at 20°C depending on film thickness.
- Sanding: Excellent dry and wet sanding properties – recommended grit P400–P500 dry or P800–P1000 wet.
- Safety & Handling: Contains solvents. Use in a well-ventilated area with appropriate PPE. Avoid inhalation and contact with skin; refer to SDS for full safety data.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 35°C. Keep container tightly closed and protected from direct sunlight and frost.
